Exchanges & Refunds

If you're looking to exchange or refund product, have no fear! We can help! You can reach out to us for an exchange the following ways:

When emailing us, we do ask for a valid reason behind the exchange or refund. Products eligible for exchanges or refunds are:

  • improperly sent products from Modest&Co. staff
  • severely damaged products (must be reported within 3 days of order arriving.)
  • ordered incorrect products (must be reported within 3 days of order arriving.)

Please note that shipping cost for exchanges will be on a case by case basis and will have to be reviewed.
